I'm always on the look-out for a deal and in NYC there are plenty to be had. Check out these Forever21 silver flats - a mere $15 and change! Of course shoes for that price never come in half sizes but I was convinced that this time I could make them work. Wishful thinking got me again... They're a size 9 should anyone be interested.
